Who we are

The data controller is Starh Workover Services SRL, with its registered office at Str. Petre Ispirescu nr. 2C, sat Bucov, com. Bucov, jud. Prahova, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 42454630, registered with the Trade Register under no. J29/616/2020. You can contact us at office@swsndt.ro or on +40 722 546 350.

What data we collect

Only the data you enter in the contact form: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the service selected and your message. To protect against bulk messages, the server keeps an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address the form was sent from for 10 minutes, then deletes it. If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app, under its own terms.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and, if you ask us to, to send you a quote. We do not use your data for marketing and we never sell it.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to reply to your request and for the duration of any subsequent collaboration. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.

Who else has access

Messages sent through the form may be delivered through an email service provider (Brevo), which acts as a processor and processes the data only on our instructions. We do not pass your data on to any other third party, except to public authorities where the law requires it.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Some photographs are loaded from Unsplash, which, like any web server, receives the visitor's IP address in order to deliver the image.

Your rights

  • to find out what data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it;
  • to have it corrected or erased;
  • to restrict or object to its processing;
  • to have it transferred to another controller (data portability);
  • to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at office@swsndt.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
